In accordance with Law No. 144/2015, of september 8, we inform you that, in case of a dispute regarding the supply of goods, the consumer (an individual acting for purposes not related to their commercial, industrial, craft, or professional activity) may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution entity. The competent entity for this purpose is as follows: Consumer Dispute Arbitration Centre of Lisbon – www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt
